We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the garden area was absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the prompt room service to the efficient car hire service. The housekeeping team, led by Pallavi Thakur and Anjana Chandel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They truly exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the extensive range of amenities provided in the rooms, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's commitment to customer service was evident in their attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
